- אירועים ביומן Google: כדי להציג את לוח הזמנים של המשרד ולהוסיף פגישות שהמשרד מאשר.
- Google Drive, קריאה בלבד: כדי לצרף הקלטות שיחות שהמשרד כבר שומר שם.
היכן המידע נשמר
המידע נשמר רק בשרת של המשרד או במחשב המשרד. הוא אינו נמכר, מושכר או משותף עם צדדים שלישיים, ואינו משמש לפרסום.
עיבוד באמצעות בינה מלאכותית
טקסט של הודעות עשוי להיות ממוין ומסוכם על ידי שירות בינה מלאכותית שהמשרד משתמש בו, אך ורק כדי לתייק אותו ולהציע צעדים הבאים. אדם במשרד מאשר כל פעולה.
שמירת מידע
המידע נשמר כחלק מתיקי הלקוחות של המשרד, בהתאם לחובות שמירת המסמכים של המשרד, ונמחק לפי בקשה ככל שהחוק מאפשר.
ביטול גישה
ניתן לבטל את הגישה של מיטל לחשבון Google בכל עת בכתובת https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
מדיניות נתוני המשתמש של Google
השימוש של מיטל במידע שהתקבל מממשקי ה-API של Google, והעברתו לכל אפליקציה אחרת, יעמדו במדיניות נתוני המשתמש של שירותי ה-API של Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).

Who we are
Meital is operated by Noam Celermajer for Meytal's law office. Contact: meytalloyer@gmail.com.
Google data we access, and why
- Gmail, read-only: to file incoming mail and attachments under the right client. Meital never sends, deletes or changes mail.
- Google Calendar events: to show the office schedule and add meetings the office approves.
- Google Drive, read-only: to attach call recordings the office already saves there.
Where data is stored
Data is stored only on the office's own server or office computer. It isn't sold, rented or shared with third parties, and it isn't used for advertising.
AI processing
Message text may be sorted and summarised by an AI service the office uses, only to file it and suggest next steps. A person in the office approves every action.
Retention
Data is kept as part of the office's client records under the office's own retention duties, and deleted on request where the law allows.
Revoking access
You can revoke Meital's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Meital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
